Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ranefitness.co@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
