Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how we can help.
Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened supplement products.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at ranefitness.co@gmail.com.
